If making a donation by check please make checks out to the Bleeding Disorder Alliance Illinois,  we will still be accepting checks made out to the Hemophilia Foundation of Illinois.

You can make your contribution by following this link to our secure online donation form.

Honorarium & Memorials
If you are making a donation by check, and want to have the donation made in honor or in memory of someone, please indicate by writing so on an attached sheet or directory in the memo line of the check.  If you are making a donation via the online form, there are fields to indicate how to make the donation in honor or in memory of someone.

Restricted Donations
If you would like to make a contribution to one of our specific programs or services i.e. Camp Warren Jyrch, the Illinois Rural Health Program or Advocacy.  Like with the honorarium and memorials, indicate that you would like your donation restricted to the specific program on an attached sheet or directly in the memo line.  Additionally, if you are making your donation online, you can indicate your restricted donation just like you would with the honorarium and memorial donations.
